a coaching session?
Coaching sessions give you a safe space to pause, think, and talk through challenges with someone fully in your corner.
It’s your time to get clarity, explore possibilities, and figure out practical steps that help you move forward. With my support every step of the way.
So… what actually happens?
We begin by checking in on where you’re at. What’s on your mind? What’s feeling tricky? What would you like to leave the session with?
From there, we focus on what matters most to you not what you should talk about. And together, we look at different perspectives, discover insights, and explore what’s really getting in your way.
I’ll ask questions that help you:
understand what’s going on beneath the surface
explore your strengths, values, and motivations
see more possibilities and new ways forward
build confidence in your decisions and actions
It’s relaxed. It’s focused. And it genuinely helps.
Coaching with me is practical and creative
You’ll never just talk and leave with a “Well… eh, now what?” feeling.
Depending on your goals, we might also do:
short, fun exercises to build confidence and communication skills (expect some laughter)
reframing or mindset tools
simple techniques to stay grounded in meetings or presentations
coaching activities that help you reflect and manage your energy
actions you’ll test out and experiment with between sessions
Every session ends with clarity and action. Whether you’ve made a decision or plan, feel more confident about communicating in a certain way, or simply feeling more grounded and in control.
