Get Leadership Presence helps you speak with authority, whoever is in the room or whatever gets thrown at you.
This 1:1 coaching programme gives you three 45-minute online sessions over two months, ideally spaced around two weeks apart so you have time to practise structures between each session. It isn't a group course, so you'll have my full attention. Sessions are practical and hands-on. You'll work through six specific workplace situations, two per session, each one practised out loud, with my coaching and feedback on what's working, why, and how to make it even better.
Every session builds the same core skill in a different context.

Programme Overview
Each session you'll practise a different structure twice. Not familiar with these structures? Don't worry, I'll introduce each one as we go.
• Session 1 – PREP: answering “what do you think?” in a meeting with no time to prepare, and staying composed when someone challenges you in front of everyone else.
• Session 2 – STARR: describing a personal achievement in a performance review so it has impact, and explaining a mistake to your team in a way that builds trust and connection.
• Session 3 – Monroe's Motivated Sequence: motivating a team at a town hall around an unpopular change, and addressing a room of strangers at a conference, so they act on what you've said, rather than just nod along.
